SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

We offer several shipping options within Europe and try to maintain the lowest price possible – orders are shipped either by postal service, or with GLS or DPD Economy for faster delivery. International orders are shipped depending on the best option for the delivery location.

When ordering items with estimated ship dates, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are sent tracked and fully insured.

*We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO/BFPO addresses. Note that packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability regardless of courier as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

Orders will only be processed and shipped during our operating days and hours during the week excluding weekends and national holidays unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.

For certain destinations and oversized items, your shipping options may be limited.

SHIPPING CHARGES & OPTIONS

We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.

Once the order has been placed and the payment has been confirmed your items will be carefully packaged and shipped. A confirmation e-mail and tracking number (if applicable) will be provided shortly afterwards. It may take the shipping carrier’s servers a few hours to update the tracking number and provide any information. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

European Union-wide postal shipping of all orders over 100€ is free.

The shipping options and prices that are available to you will be determined by your shipping address at checkout.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EU

International customers (outside of the European Union, including Norway and Switzerland) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Inferno at the time of purchase. Delays due to customs processing are not included in our estimates.

MOUNTAINOUS OR REMOTE REGIONS

Please be aware that our shipping timelines are based on our carrier’s database of destinations, if you live in a mountainous or remote area where shipments usually take longer with other carriers/suppliers then ours will be no different. Inferno cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries to these destinations.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers have the right, within 14 days of delivery, to cancel the order and return the goods at their own expense. Excepted from this clause are items which have been specifically made to customer specification, or which, due to their nature are unsuitable for return. If there is more than one delivery to the order, the 14 days begin with the last delivery. Should you wish to return an article, please e-mail us at info@inferno.equipment. We will process your inquiry within 3-5 business days.

Inferno is pleased to be able to extend our returns policy for the Christmas/Holiday season so all purchases from December 1st to December 20th may be returned up to and including January 31st. Customized products are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Items purchased from a retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
