Shopping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer several shipping options within Europe – either by postal service, or with GLS or DPD Economy for faster delivery. International orders are shipped depending on best option for region.

All shipments are sent tracked and fully insured. More details can be found here.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide and work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. If you are outside of Europe, please contact us to check your options.

Note: International customers (outside of the European Union) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Inferno at time of purchase.

How long will it take to get my package?

To calculate the delivery time add the product to your Cart and enter your postal code to get an accurate estimate for your location.

When ordering items with lead times, your order will ship when the total order is complete. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

How much does delivery cost?

If the order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, estimated cost is calculated at checkout and the price is based on the delivery options and item dimensions/weight. If there are no shipping options for your locale, please contact us.

Payment Information

What payment method are accepted?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex (no account needed) or a Direct Bank Transfer. When using a bank transfer to pay for your order we will begin processing the order after the funds have cleared our account.

Currently we do not accept PayPal payments due to high fees, affecting the pricing for our customers.

Is buying on your website safe?

All card payments are securely made through Stripe, with no fees or commission whatsoever. Your card details are never provided to us and are encrypted directly on Stripe’s gateway.

The website uses a SSL certificate to protect online transactions with the highest strength encryption. Check for the padlock in your browser’s address bar.

Orders & Returns

I can’t find my confirmation email. Can you re-send it to me?

If you didn’t receive your order confirmation – or can’t find it – please send us a message along with your postcode and email address you placed your order with, and we will resend the email to you.

Note: Our emails can sometimes get stuck in your spam filter, so make sure you’ve double-checked your email junk folder, just in case.

How can I change or cancel my order?

In order to change an item, your phone number, delivery address or delivery preferences you will need to email us – don’t forget to include the same email address that was used to place the order!

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can checkout without registering for the website. Registered users have the ability to add items to their wishlist and get exclusive discount codes 2-3 times/year.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using your e-mail and order number here.

Can I return an item?

We are sorry you would like to return an item from your order. No problem though, just request to return the item within the 14-day period after receipt.

What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)

All orders are sent fully insured. We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and sending the photo and your order number to us at info@inferno.equipment (if applicable).
